The apparel industry in India has substantially diversified on the basis of Fashion, climate, region, culture & fiscal factors. Indian apparel Industry is witnessing great growth & development of the industrial sector in India. The significance of the apparel industry is entirely based on the contribution of the industrial productivity & employment.
Tiruppur emerged as an Industrial town in Tiruppur district in TamilNadu producing knitwear garments. The town is 50kms from Coimbatore & is located in the mid of cotton belt of Tamilnadu. It is well connected with Rail & Roads from Coimbatore. Keeping in view of the employment market in apparel sector and possibility of self employment by outsourcing trends in apparel industry, the Government has decided to offer the following new courses which has a bright & sustained employment opportunities.
