Instrument Mechanic
This course is meant for the candidates who aspire to become Technician to Service
Different Instrument, Mechanic, Electrical ,Electronics based System,transmitters ,programmable controller,Hydraulics& pneumatics/ Anaytical Instruments
2. Deliverables: After successful completion of this course the trainee shall be able to
perform the following skills with proper sequence.
1. Handle different types of filing method and precision measuring Instruments
2. Identify ,testing & running of Motors and generators
3. Repair & maintenance and calibrate the different types of electrical measuring instruments
4. Identify various active and passive components and their applications
5. Handle different types of Electronic measuring Instruments
6. Identify and assemble the SMPS, UPS, Inverter,converter and various analog
and digital circuits
7. Repair,testing & maintenance computer hardware & network cables.
8. Basic programming on 8085,8255 Microprocessor and their applications
9. Installation of various transducer, sensor , measuring speed and velocity
10. Repair , maintenance ,fault finding,testing,installation and calibration of various types of Flow, Level ,Pressure,and Temperature Instruments
11. Repair ,maintenance& testing of LED/ LCD paperless Recorder
12 . Installation, function and calibration of PC based HART devices,HART protocol,and HART communicator.
13. Basic small programs on PLC-logic gates and PID controller trainer on various process parameters
14. Installation,function of DCS & SC ADA Communication system on process control
15. Repair & maintenance of various control valves and Installation of pipe fitting
16. Installation and function of Hydraulics and pneumatic fluid power system
17. Identify various type of electrodes and on line PH measurement
