The purpose of a language lab is to involve students to actively participate in language learning exercises and get more practice than otherwise possible in a traditional classroom environment.

Admission to Industrial Training Institutes in Tamilnadu is directed by the Directorate of Employment and Training Chennai admission process is based on merit in the qualifying examination prescribed for a particular trade and as per the recommendations of the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

Admission is conducted on the basis of average marks obtained in Maths & Science in 10th Std. Selection is also subject to Communal Rotation as per existing rules and relevant number of seats allotted to Women, Ex-service man, Physically Handicapped, Orphans, Sportsman, Rural School students etc. by the State Directorate for the purpose of admission.
