  • Recognize & comply safe working practices, environment regulation and housekeeping.
  • Understand and explain different mathematical calculation & science in the field of study including basic electrical. [Different mathematical calculation & science -Work, Power & Energy, Algebra, Geometry & Mensuration, Trigonometry, Heat & Temperature, elasticity]
  • Interpret specifications, different engineering drawing and apply for different application in the field of work. [Different engineering drawing-Geometrical construction, Dimensioning, Layout, Method of representation, Symbol, Different Projections, Assembly drawing, Sectional views, Estimation of material]
  • Select and measure dimension of components and record data.
  • Explain the concept in productivity, quality tools, and labour welfare legislation and apply such in day to day work to improve productivity & quality.
  • Explain energy conservation, global warming and pollution and contribute in day to day work by optimally using available resources.

MACHINERIES AND EQUIPMENTS THAT CAN BE HANDLED BY THE TRAINEE

Split phase induction motor, BLDC motor with controller, IDU pulse Generation type motor, capacitor start induction motor, Ac 3 phase motor, Frost free refrigerator, single door direct cool refrigerator, Two stage rotary vacuum pump, Evacuating and refrigerant, Dry N2 cylinder, Window AC, split AC, Duct able split AC 1.5 ton, Car AC tutorial model, Bus AC tutorial model, Automatic ice cube m/c, storage type water cooler, visi cooler.

PROFESSIONAL SKILL ATTAINED BY THE TRAINEE THROUGH PRACTICAL TRAINING AT ITI

  • Dismantle and Assembly the hermetic compressor
  • Perform Speed Control of AC and DC Motors
  • Assemble Simple Electronic circuits and test for functioning
  • Servicing & de-scaling of condenser (internal & external)
  • Installation and servicing (repairing) of Ice Cube machine
  • Servicing motor and blowers used in different air conditioning system
  • Installation and servicing (repairing) of package AC

SPECIFIC OUTCOME OF TRAINEE

  • Awareness of trade related hazards and safety.
  • Produce fitting jobs as per drawing
  • Produce Sheet metal components
  • Aware of electrical safety. Join different wire, measure power, currents, volts and earth existence etc.
  • Identify the electronic components
  • Perform gas welding, brazing, soldering observing related safety.
  • Identify RAC tools and equipments and recognize different parts of RAC system.
  • Test mechanical & electrical components.
  • Perform door alignment, door gasket fitting, replace door switch.
  • Test compressor motor terminal, start compressor Direct with relay & without relay,
  • Check components of frost free refrigerator wiring of frost free freeze& air distribution
  • Dismantle, repair and assemble hermetic, fixed and variable speed compressor, and test performance.
  • Servicing & de-scaling of condenser
  • Fitting & adjustment of drier, filter & refrigerant controls used in different refrigeration system.
  • Servicing of different evaporator.
  • Servicing car AC. Fault diagnosis & remedial measures perform.
